With close to two decades of experience in the industry, Hannah’s career capabilities include strategic talent attraction management. She has successfully provided various HR staffing solutions to clients and served as an exclusive headhunter for key accounts within the Asia Pacific region.
She has also been personally involved in designing and conducting salary surveys, job analyses, team building initiatives as well as outplacement/career counselling for employees.
In the recent years, Hannah has had the honour of being invited by professional bodies and institutions to conduct talks. These include being invited by the Singapore International Foundation (SIF) to give a talk at “SIF CONNEXIONS” in Melbourne, Australia as well as by Republic Polytechnic, Singapore for a career talk.
Hannah is a Certified Job & Career Transition Coach as well as Job & Career Development Coach. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Commerce from the Curtin University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management (GDip HCM) from the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).
Most recently, Hannah has completed a Master’s degree in Counselling at Monash University. This has enabled her to set Adge up to provide career coaching for millenial-age job-seekers -- an exciting newservice to complement Adge’s existing portfolio of talent recruitment and HR solutions for companies.
